Equipped with two full terminals, tablets and handheld payment terminals, Brew Haven’s beertenders take full advantage of GoTab’s intuitive features to process guest orders and payments.
THE SITUATION
Brew Haven wanted to cost-effectively improve guest interaction and satisfaction while keeping labor costs under control. They also wanted better visibility into the products they sell. With a large selection of products and a tap list that rotates on a regular basis, GoTab makes it easy to track product performance from day-to-day, week-to-week, or month-to-month.
THE SOLUTION
It’s Easy to Flex Service — From the Table to the BarUsing GoTab, Brew Haven can now flex their service model. They can support bar service using the POS, and table service using GoTab tablets and payment terminals. What’s more, it’s all supported via a single, integrated platform. For the team behind the bar using the POS, they can easily handle a large volume of drink orders when the beer garden gets busy. Outside, customers can settle in at their table and have a beertender handle their orders. Staff use portable tablets to open tabs, take orders and add drinks, and switch to the payment terminals to help guests pay once they’re ready to leave. They can also use the terminals to process any drink orders, add/remove items and provide feedback via the POS.

The Brew Haven management team particularly relies on the GoTab POS reporting and analytics, frequently pulling a product mix report that helps them track the performance of their rotating craft beers and menu items.
